There is an office staff member answering the phones on Thursday until 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am until 12:00 pm (noon)

We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. We call to remind patients of all scheduled appointments and a leave a message if you are not home. We ask that you call back to confirm that you received the message and intend to keep your appointment. If you want to stop by the office, we recommend that you call first to make sure we are in on that day.

We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our ability to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If we are out of the office, our answering machine will leave an emergency phone number for you to reach Dr. Zuerlein.
