There is an office staff member answering the phones on Thursday until 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm (noon).
We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. We call to remind patients of all scheduled appointments and leave a message if you are not home. We ask that you call back to confirm that you received the message and intend to keep your appointment. If you want to stop by the office, we recommend you call first to make sure we are in on that day.
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our ability to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If you have a dental emergency outside of our regular office hours, please call Dr Zuerlein on his cell phone at 402-960-5066.
